Yes - within 14 days after ordering you can return your item without naming any reasons. Please keep in mind that we are a small, fair label. So if in doubt before ordering - about sizing, color, fit - just reach out.

The delivery costs have to be payed by the customer.
You get your money back within 5 business days after the product arrived at our return adress.

Custom made products can not be returned. Check our return policies for any further information.

Our standard shipping destination is Europe. Though if you wish to have your order be sent elsewhere, please contact us through our email or instagram so we can see what’s possible.

Short answer is yes.

Every wuffwurld product (leash, harness, collar) is washable at 30°C in a machine. Best is to put it into a washing bag to protect the drum.

Your byhumanhand clothing is washable up to 40°C. All colors that we add are safe with washing.
Some upcycled items have different washing advice in their label, please read each product description to be sure.

A lot of our materials are limited in quantity, because we re-use, which mens that we often only have a small stock of a specific fabric or pearl etc.

We want to make our designs for all shapes and sizes - in humans as well as in dogs. So don’t hesitate to reach out - also with unconventional ideas!
